Stephanie Ruth Grimbly (Steph) is a self-proclaimed ‘human-centered strategist’. She balances traditional business strategy principles with emerging innovation practices to design superior sales and marketing assets for Canadian businesses. Over the entirety of her dynamic career, Steph has gained deep insight into the complexity of human behaviour while also earning a reputation for creative thinking. As a result, she has developed a powerful perspective on and approach to solving business challenges.
Influencing human behaviour is critical to the success of every business – and is one of the biggest challenges every business must overcome. This workshop will introduce participants to a “human-centered” approach to strategy by taking them step-by-step through the development of a Customer Profile that they can immediately leverage in their sales and marketing efforts. Participants will be provided a workbook that will support their understanding and application of human-centered strategy before, during and after the workshop. The workshop and workbook together will provide participants with lasting insights into how to effectively consider human factors in any area of their business.
