As a senior HR Professional with over 25 years of direct Human Resources and Organization Development experience, Jilaine has held senior leadership roles while overseeing and implementing online HR technologies across a number of high-profile organizations including: Lavalife, Canadian Tire, Bombardier and Cineplex Entertainment.

For the past 13 years, Jilaine and her team have been intensely passionate about building HR Tech products that modernize the HR field; products that bridge Feedback Loops and Performance Tracking tools bringing clients a clear, simple and cost effective approach to managing critical employee performance data.
