Jerome is President and partner at Brotech Precision CNC, where he has lead the transition from a small Tier 4 machine shop with 12 employees into a 40 employee company which has become a key partner to Tier 1 companies in the Nuclear, Defense, Medical, and Oil & Gas industries. In order to achieve 6x revenue growth over the last 10 years, the company has upgraded technology, quality systems, and more recently has been working on automation of both production and administrative functions.
