Jacklyn is an associate practicing in the areas of civil litigation, and employment law. Jacklyn summered with Barriston throughout her law degree, and completed her Articles with the firm, before being called to the Bar in June of 2020. Jacklyn graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019, having earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto in 2016 in Environmental Studies, with minors in French and Spanish. During her legal education, Jacklyn served as a section editor of Osgoode’s Obiter Dicta newspaper, an adjudicator of the Ontario Justice Education Network’s Charter Challenge, and a member of the Environmental Law Society and Osgoode Women’s Network. Jacklyn has always called Barrie home, and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Barrie. In her spare time Jacklyn likes to travel, listen to old music, and socialize with family and friends.
