I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit since I was 9 years old. I did however decide to forgo that life and enter the working world having the security of continuous paychecks. I did have great success in leading teams and developing future leaders. I still had  yearning to be my own boss. After 22 years in the QSR industry and 12 years in the retail sales industry, I decided to Branch out on my own and start a business. I chose to partner with Freshii and opened up the Cundles North Crossing location on Nov 16 2018( biggest snowstorm in Nov in recent history). My motto has always been if it’s meant to be it’s up to me a quote from William Johnsen. Month by month our sales grew and we were trending up until covid 19 we instantly dropped 70% in sles overnight.  March 29 2020 was our lowest day as we did $22 in sales on a 10hour shift. I went home in despair and ready to give up. Then my bride reminded me of my mantra ( I could be a victim or control my destiny)  I went into the store with renewed focus and vision. I became heavily invested into the communitii that we serve and partnered with groups in the hopes of raising awareness of our products. We broke even in May 2020, increased sales in June by 19% and July by  33% year over year. I also expanded into another market and we are seeing great  success in that location also. I can truly say as an entrepreneur I am no longer employable.
