Born and raised in Barrie Ontario, Jennifer has been working in the hospitality sector since she was 13 – peeling chicken at a local Swiss Chalet. Working through the restaurant, hotel and catering industry since, she has worked for some of Canada’s Top Chefs like Mark McEwan and Claudio Aprille and served several celebrities and royalty alike. In 2018, Jennifer along with her partners purchased the long time foodie landmark Cravings Fine Food Market & Catering. Since their purchase, Cravings has rebranded as Cravings Fine Food Group, added 3 large catering contracts, opened a second location at the County of Simcoe Administration Building and opened a new pizza restaurant called Da Vinci’s Gate in Oro Medonte. Jennifer has a BA from Ryerson University and an MA from Ottawa University. Prior to Cravings, Jennifer has also had a career in fundraising and health care administration. When not in the office, Jennifer can be found figure skating, on her paddle board or at the pool with her son.
